Privacy Policy
Yuhyeon Pacific Group Co., Ltd. ("the Company") processes the personal information of visitors to the HELIOS website (helios-intel.com) as set out below, in accordance with Korea's Personal Information Protection Act. This English text is a translation; the Korean version governs. Effective 2026-10-05.
- Answering inquiries: confirming and replying to briefing, demo and partnership requests, and keeping a record of the conversation.
- Newsletter (once email subscription launches): sending Global Watch briefings and managing subscriptions.
- Running the website: visit statistics, prevention of fraudulent clicks and abnormal access, service improvement.

The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.
- Inquiries: one year after the inquiry is closed; if a contract follows, for the period required by the laws that apply to that contract.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe; deleted without delay after unsubscribing.
- Visit records and statistics: up to one year.
- Where a law requires longer retention (for example, website visit records for three months under the Protection of Communications Secrets Act), the data is kept for that period only.
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties, except where a law specifically requires it.

The Company supervises its processors so that personal information is handled safely, as required by law.

When the retention period ends or the purpose has been achieved, the Company destroys the personal information without delay. Electronic files are deleted so that they cannot be recovered; printed material is shredded.
You may ask to access, correct, delete or stop the processing of your personal information at any time by emailing the privacy officer below. The Company acts on requests without delay, within 10 days. You may exercise these rights through a representative.
- The website stores no personal information, and all traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
- Access to inquiry emails and other personal information is limited to the staff who handle them.
- Access to business accounts is controlled.
The website uses cookies from the SmartLog visit-statistics service. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings (Chrome and Edge: Settings › Privacy and security › Cookies; Safari: Settings › Privacy). Refusing cookies does not stop you from reading the site.
